Bliss Balls

Enjoy whenever you need a nourishing sweet pick-me-up.

  • 100g almonds

  • 100g dates

  • 100g dessicated coconut

  • 4 tbsp Raw cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  1. Soak almonds in boiling water and pop the skins off when water is safe to touch

  2. Soak dates in boiling water for 5 minutes and remove stones

  3. Place almonds in food processor and blitz

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until doughy

  5. Add water if necessary

  6. Spoon out the mixture 1 dessert spoon at a time and roll into balls

  7. Put in the fridge to firm up
