Yolande Diver

I am a full-spectrum doula, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, with over 20 years of experience supporting women and families through the sacred journey of conception, birth, and beyond. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda and homeopathy, my work weaves together ancient traditions and modern understanding to nurture body, mind, and spirit.

As an Ayurvedic doula and homeopath, I offer care that honours the natural rhythms of each individual, creating space for deep healing and alignment. My offerings include ceremonies such as Closing the Bones and Blessing Ways, which hold and honour life’s transitions with reverence, community, and ritual.

My intention is to guide women, parents and families with compassion, presence, and practical wisdom, supporting them in feeling empowered, resourced, and held through all stages of the childbearing journey and beyond.

Why I Created
Ma Temple

Having supported new families since 2013 my postpartum care has changed over time and once I started applying Ayurvedic protocols,  I noticed a difference in clients overall well-being and recovery, a sense of feeling more grounded and satisfied. Ayurveda, translated as the science of life, is an ancient tradition with its historical roots based in India and considers the post birth period as a sacred window. Ayurvedic traditions respect the genuine support for healing and rejuvenation at this time, and by applying nourishing protocols such as diet, herbs, rest, massage, warmth, and caring companionship, this all helps to support the process of integration.

As a doula, my role is to mother the mother,  parent the parent and gently remind you that you matter and your wellbeing and recovery are important.

And what is offered here is to inspire you, and your support network, with ways to do that which hopefully will feel simple, accessible, and achievable, to support your early days recovery and postbirth landing.
